Hi There. I'm Amy Pearl.

Coming from the corporate world, I experienced first-hand the challenges of building high performing teams, navigating organizational politics, balancing competing priorities, managing change and uncertainty, and developing people while driving results...all while trying to feel good about your life. I saw many leaders struggle, not because they weren't capable but because they lacked the insight, frameworks, and support to feel effective.

Introduced in 2025, the Everything DiSC Catalyst Practitioner Experience is the go-to site for facilitators and coaches. It is a website, accessed through Catalyst, that will boost your knowledge, toolkit, and confidence for using DiSC in your organization.

I’ve been using DiSC since I started my business in 1999. (Please don’t do the math 😉.) Plus, I’m a pack rat. So, I have binders, folders, and boxes, full of resources and coffee-stained facilitator notes. I’ve created or downloaded so many PowerPoints, handouts, and other resources that my computer is begging for mercy. The Catalyst Practitioner Experience (CPE) solves all that.

The Catalyst Practitioner Experience feels like going from a glove compartment full of paper maps to GPS. It’s modern, flexible, and designed for the way real professionals deliver learning now: hybrid, digital, and personalized. Q: Do I need to be certified in Everything DiSC to get access to the Catalyst Practitioner Experience?
A: Nope. Although most of my clients take our certification program, it isn’t necessary for you to access all the resources in CPE. Click here to get more information about the full certification program.

Q: How do I purchase CPE?
A: Just click here to go to our online shop. Within one business day after you purchase the CPE product, you’ll receive an email with instructions for gaining access. There is an initial purchase price for your first year's license to access all the resources. Then, there’s a small annual renewal fee. Should you choose not to renew, you can download the training materials and your free Group Culture, Facilitator, and Comparison Reports to use in the future. If you'd prefer to be invoiced rather than paying online, just let me know!

Q: Does each facilitator in my organization need the Catalyst Practitioner Experience?
A: Technically, yes. It is Wiley’s policy that each practitioner has their own access to CPE since it is accessed through a Catalyst account. Let’s hop on a call to chat about options if that doesn’t meet your needs or budget.
