How much time will this take?
This program is designed to take two weeks. There are four, two-hour, mandatory live sessions held on Tuesday and Thursday of each week. You will complete about 1-2 hours of prework/homework in between sessions. The program takes about 20 hours in its entirety.
Do I need to purchase Everything DiSC Facilitation materials?
Everything is included. You do not need to purchase any additional materials.
You will receive a one year subscription to the Catalyst Practitioner Experience that includes everything you need to facilitate classroom and virtual events with Workplace, Agile EQ, Management, and the Worksmart Management modules. The Catalyst Practitioner Experience brings you scripts, customizable PowerPoint presentations, engaging videos, handouts, and fun resources.
Plus, you'll be able to connect with a network of global certified professionals for ideas and inspiration. All included in your certification.
After one year, you can choose to renew for just 150 credits or download all the materials
Note: The Productive Conflict, Sales, and Work of Leaders Facilitator Kits are not included in the Catalyst Practitioner Experience, but you can purchase them by clicking on our website store.
How do I order profiles after I am certified?
You will have an online administrative dashboard to order, print, and manage your DiSC Profiles for your organization.
How much do the DiSC Profiles cost?
DiSC Profiles are sold in credits:
Workplace = 15 Credits
Productive Conflict = 20 Credits
Agile EQ = 25 Credits
Management = 25 Credits
Sales = 25 Credits
Work of Leaders = 25 Credits
Worksmart Management Modules = 20 Credits for ALL 5 MODULES!
The retail cost of one credit is $6, but quantity discounts begin with as few as 25 credits.
Credits never expire so most of our customers buy in bulk.
Is this for beginners?
This course is for everyone interested in learning the newest ways to use Everything DiSC in the workplace. If you're just starting out, we'll walk you step-by-step through all the details. If you're more advanced, you can move more quickly, while still learning about and getting the latest and greatest Everything DiSC tools.
It's hard for me to stay focused. How will I stay on track?
Just because part of this is self-paced, it doesn't mean you are left on your own. I develop a personal relationship with each of my clients because your success is my success. The online learning portion of the course is easy to follow and I'm here to keep you on track. Plus, our one-on-one Launch Meeting will make sure you wrap up successfully and have everything you need to thrive!
Are the live sessions mandatory?
Yes. All four live sessions are required for certification. They're led by Wiley's world-class education team and your colleagues count on your engagement.
