1. What do you gain from certification in Everything DiSC?
You will have access to all of the Everything DiSC Profiles including Workplace, Management, Agile EQ, Productive Conflict, Sales, and Work of Leaders. As a bonus, you'll also have access to the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team Profiles which have been developed in partnership with Patrick Lencioni who wrote, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team.

2. Do I get Everything DiSC facilitation materials?
Yes! You will have access to the Everything DiSC Catalyst Practitioner Experience for a full year. This platform gives you access to the most current facilitation materials for Everything DiSC Workplace, Agile EQ, Management, and the new Worksmart Management learning modules. The materials include downloadable scripts, customizable PowerPoints, engaging videos, handouts, and more.
Throughout the year, you'll have access to additional, free training classes for certified practitioners, as well as networking opportunities with a community of assessment lovers just like you.
After one year, you can simply download your facilitation materials or choose to renew your access for 150 credits. Most people renew, since you have special access to FREE Group Culture, Facilitator, and Comparison Reports that are only available in the Catalyst Practitioner Experience.
3. How long does it take?
Everything DiSC Certification is a two-week program that combines daily self-study modules and four, mandatory live sessions. It's an excellent way to get going quickly!
4. Who leads the program?
The two-week certification program is led by Wiley's amazing facilitators. Following the session, you and I will have a 90-minute launch meeting to walk you through all the systems, to ensure you have everything you need for your first learning program, and to answer any of your outstanding questions. Of course, our team is also here to support you as long as you continue to purchase your Everything DiSC products from us in the future.
5. Who is this certification for?
This training is best for HR, L&D, and OD professionals who want to lead with data, not guesswork. The audience is typically learning professionals from around the world, giving you a chance to connect with others and hear how others plan to use DiSC in their organizations.
