Here are the answers to some questions you might have...

How many supervisors can participate at one time?

You can include as many supervisors as you'd like, since our sessions are virtual. We use lots of breakouts rooms and other ways to engage your learners, so large groups are fine with us.

If you have just one supervisor, choose the One-on-One Learning program for one participant above.

If you have 2 or 3 participants, we can create a hybrid option. Schedule a call with Amy to talk about your needs.

Who is the ideal participant for Launch Into Leadership?

The ideal participant is a new or emerging supervisor who wants to build self-awareness, communication skills, performance management techniques, and other basic frameworks for success. More experienced, mid-level or senior leaders who need to refine their leadership habits or prepare for the next level in their careers would likely benefit from our more extensive one-on-one coaching engagements or our Lead Ignited program.

FAQ image

How do I know the frameworks taught in Launch Into Leadership will stick?

Our goal is to achieve your goals. So, we begin by meeting with you to understand your objectives. We encourage participants to meet with their supervisors following our sessions to share what they've learned and identify ways to implement their new frameworks on the job. Participants' managers receive a Manager's Toolkit outlining each session and providing coaching questions to build accountability and sustainability of the participants' new skills.

How are the sessions structured?

For our one-on-one participants, we typically schedule our sessions every 2-3 weeks. In between, they complete our online learning modules. This ensures they can manage the learning load, build new skills, and get personalized attention to address their unique needs.

For our group program, we typically schedule the one-hour learning sessions every two weeks spanning a four month period. This gives the participants time to practice their new skills in between. To expedite the program, we can double-up on topics by offering two hour sessions. We'll work to meet your scheduling needs.

What is the cost?

At Work Ignited, we recognize that the fee for our services is your investment in anticipation of higher levels of performance and ultimately, greater financial return. So we strive to offer our high quality service at a fair value.

The fee for the one-on-one learning option is $1,497 including coaching time, access to the online learning modules for one year, and the Everything DiSC Profile.

Group programs are priced based on the number of participants and the structure of the sessions. Schedule a call with Amy to talk about options.

The best time to help your leaders succeed is today.

So many new and emerging leaders started working in the work-from-home/hybrid workplace era. As a result, they haven't had the exposure to high performing leaders or the time to dedicate to building their own supervisory skills. Now, they are scrambling (or relying on you) to manage day-to-day tasks, build accountability, and grow their teams.

I truly believe that there's never been a better (or more important) time to double down on building supervisory skills. Today's workforce is looking for supervisors who are fair, firm, and friendly. Your super-doers can be turned into super-supervisors in just a short time. They just need proven frameworks and an intentional learning process to build the habits that will lead to their success.

I want your supervisors to feel proud of what they accomplish and confident in what thet can achieve.

Let's chat to get Launch Into Leadership scheduled for your supervisors.

Which Everything DiSC Profile should I use for my team?

Which Everything DiSC Profile Should I Use for My Team?

Quick Answer:

Choose the Everything DiSC profile that best aligns with your team’s current goals, challenges, and level of readiness. Many teams start with the Workplace profile to establish a shared foundation for communication and collaboration. Sometimes, you know you are trying to target a specific need like management development, senior leadership alignment, or healthy conflict. If that's the case, dive into one of the more advanced profiles such as such as Management, Agile EQ, Productive Conflict, Sales, or Work of Leaders. Catalyst connects most of these profiles into one digital experience, making learning easier to sustain over time.

When leaders or HR partners ask me which DiSC profile they should use, my answer is almost always the same: start with the goal you are trying to achieve or the change you are trying to make. This article will help you determine which profile is best for your learners.

Which Everything DiSC profile introduces DiSC to learners at any level?

The Everything DiSC Workplace Profile Builds Awareness and Communication

The Workplace Profile is a great starting point for teams, regardless of industry or role. It helps individuals understand their own work style and recognize differences in others, creating a shared language for communication and collaboration. It also provides insight regarding an individual's motivators and stressors which is an excellent topic for one-on-one coaching conversations.

Workplace is especially effective when teams want to reduce misunderstandings, strengthen trust, and improve day-to-day interactions. It includes Catalyst which makes it easy to keep DiSC alive long after your workshop.

Which profile should I use if my learners are supervisors or people managers?

Use the Everything DiSC Management Profile to Support Leadership and Coaching

The Management Profile is designed for anyone responsible for leading others. It introduces learners to DiSC and creates insight and self-awareness about management strengths and challenges. Then, it provides dozens of actionable tips for giving direction, delegating, motivating, and managing performance based on each team member's unique DiSC styles. It even provides advice for how to manage up.

This profile is ideal for leaders at every level who want more confidence in coaching and feedback conversations. It can be easily embedded into a multi-session management training program or paired with Catalyst to become becomes an ongoing leadership development resource rather than a one-time event.

What if my team is experiencing stress, burnout, or constant change?

Everything DiSC Agile EQ Supports Emotional Intelligence, Adaptability, and Confidence Building

Agile EQ is well suited for individuals or teams navigating uncertainty, change, or high emotional demands. It begins by introducing DiSC and helping learners understand style basics and communication tendencies. Then, it takes a deeper step to help learners understand their mindsets before those behaviors emerge. Participants discover their three natural mindsets and five stretch mindsets. Plus, they get dozens of tips for building their mindsets so they can feel more prepared and confident in any situation.

This profile strengthens resilience, self-awareness, and emotional intelligence. It is especially useful for leadership teams, one-on-one coaching conversations, agile project team launches, or any group facing sustained pressure.

Which profile should I use to address conflict or tension on a team?

Everything DiSC Productive Conflict Helps Teams Engage in Healthier Dialogue

If your team avoids conflict or struggles with tension, the Productive Conflict Profile is likely the right next step. It helps people understand their natural responses to conflict and learn how to engage in more productive conversations. The Productive Conflict Facilitation Kit includes excellent exercises for team building events.

This profile works best when there is already a baseline of trust and psychological safety. Many organizations introduce Productive Conflict after Workplace so teams share a common understanding of styles before addressing sensitive dynamics.

What profile is best for sales teams or customer-facing roles?

The Everything DiSC Sales Profile Aligns Behavior with the Sales Process

The Sales Profile is designed for individuals in sales or business development roles. It connects DiSC behaviors to each stage of the sales process and helps sales professionals adapt their approach to different customers.

This profile is most effective with established sales teams or as part of a broader sales enablement strategy, especially when paired with coaching and real-world application.

Should executive or senior leadership teams use a different profile?

Everything DiSC Work of Leaders Supports Vision, Alignment, and Execution

The Work of Leaders profile is ideal for senior and mid-level leaders who oversee broad or multiple functions within an organization. It focuses on one-to-many leadership behaviors including how the leader establishes vision, builds alignment, and champions execution without getting into the weeds. It is well-suited for senior leaders, executive teams, and high potentials who need to lead at a more strategic level.

This profile helps leaders understand how their behavior influences organizational direction and decision-making. The Work of Leaders Group Report is exceptional at showcasing how a leadership team's composite profile impacts organizational culture, both positively and negatively. This is one of my favorite profiles for leaders who need a DiSC refresh with a new way of how they lead as individuals and as a team.

How does Catalyst fit into profile selection?

Catalyst Connects Profiles into One Ongoing Learning Experience

Catalyst is the digital platform that brings Everything DiSC to life beyond the assessment. All Catalyst users receive access to the Fundamentals module, Workplace insights, and optional access to Management and Agile EQ modules if they are part of your learning program.

Catalyst allows learners to revisit insights, compare styles with colleagues, create group profiles, facilitate their own teambuilding discussions, and apply DiSC concepts in real work situations. It plays a key role in sustaining learning and reinforcing behavior change.

Can teams use more than one Everything DiSC profile?

Yes, and Sequencing Matters

Many organizations use multiple DiSC profiles over time. The key is sequencing them intentionally. For example, you can start with Workplace for an entire team to build a common foundation in a teambuilding session. Then, add Management for team leaders so they can truly understand each team member's unique needs. If two team members are in conflict, pull a Productive Conflict report so they can gain deeper insight about their struggles and ideas for building alignment. If another team member is struggling with change, add the Agile EQ modules to their Catalyst account so they can explore and develop their mindsets on their own.

This approach prevents overload and helps learners use DiSC as a long-term development and success system rather than a one-time event.

What if I am not sure which profile my team needs right now?

Start With Your Goals, Not The Profile

If you are unsure which profile to use, begin by identifying what you want to improve. Are you trying to strengthen communication, strengthen accountability, create healthy conflict, build resilience, deepen client relationships, broaden your executive team's perspective, change organizational culture, or something else? Once goals are clear, profile selection becomes much easier.

Here's a matrix that can help you choose. Or, schedule a call with me. We'll talk about your goals and develop a solution that meets your needs and your budget.
